Jesus, you can be thick-headed.
Yes, I know they've improved. I don't live under a rock.
Does that fact wipe out the fact that they were the laughing stock of major sports for our entire lifetimes? Other people can have relevant points too, you know. - Tonybere
And the Cubs had a history of losing for 107 years. The Rangers 54 years. Eventually those trends are broken. |

While getting Hue Jackson was a major bump, alot of that can be attributed to Mayfield. We will see how he adjusts when the league gameplans for him now. No team is going to be looking past the Browns for a bigger game next week at the start of the season. Don't forget once upon a time, Danny Kanell looked like the next big thing for the gmen, the league got the book on him, and then it was curtains. |

54 years is a trend. 1 year (1994) does not constitute a trend |

Not really. If a desert gets rain for 3 days straight, you don't say it ceases being a desert because the trend is over. Was Edmonton's trend of being horrible broken because once they made the playoffs (and won a round)? |

Good point. But the Oilers subtracted in terms of talent instead of adding. |
