It’s strange how almost every aspect of this team can be an improvement from the last few seasons except for the PP, which has been painful to watch. I guess that they are just not much of a puck possession team. There’s probably possession stats that show a significant drop from last season, if you don’t mind looking Vantel.

Just because I prefer to watch doesn't mean I don't see stats as usefull in the right setting. You've never seen me ask for stats on anything before, but in reference to your comment on jb being a liar on LE it would be needed as I've not really seen much of him this season.

It's hard to really watch a specific player that doesn't have much possession during televised games. Having played around 70 games and seen little of him stats are the only thing left to go on.

Plus minus is unreliable.

Which is a bit strange, as back then, they had 2 stationary players in the Sedin's and now they have players who are much more mobile and quick to get into openings.

I have to agree with this all the way.
It does seem as if brown is absolutely stuck on the sedin PP.

If I'm GM I'm asking him to show me the changes he'd be making, giving many examples of options. If I'm not happy with the answers he's unemployed.

It’s true. He’s responding, Green is far from ideal but been good with the kids imo many of them have progressed

It's the one thing we miss from the Sedin's, who were an amazing possession pair on the powerplay right until the end. Other teams seemed to adjust to our strategy and a second scheme just doesn't seem to be available. Enter Quinn Hughes!

Briesbois still looks like a fish out of water. I didn't mind Sautner. I have patience with him. I think when he feels comfortable he is a better option than Hutton ( cheaper)
