From everything I've heard and read, he's best left to the AHL this season, and maybe even next. He's doing exceptionally well, but has a lot of development left. It's why we didn't see Dermott for the years of his development and it worked out well.

I'd like Borgman or Rosen to not be injured so we could call them up and not play Marincin.

Euro rink size to NA must be especially challenging for D making the jump too. Let him get his timing/positioning acclimated over a full season+ is the right idea IMO.

He has been playing on NA ice for a while now. That being said, I would rather him play one more season with the Marlies before taking that next leap. Would benefit him a lot. No need to rush the kids development.

I was only talking a few games....as a reward and learning experience. To see how much be has to learn still. Also he's a much better prospect than dermott. He really is the best d prospect we have had since reilly and probably kaberle before that.

Especially while dermott and gardiner and Rosen are out.

It was cute when they were planning the parade and mocking the Leafs. Good times.

I do not.

If he and Liljegren stay in the AHL this year, then they do not need to be protected in the Seattle expansion draft

That couldn't be more wrong my friend.

AHL seasons count as professional years for the expansion draft.
