Not as bad as what we're actually paying our 3rd pair guys. |

Josh Wilkins is the player to watch for the pens to sign when his season is finished. - pens4life-66
He's teammates with last year's 2nd Rd pick... They say he's a lock to sign... After the tournament... Basically 6 more weeks. |

Seems like he'd be a good pickup. The Pens brass sure love Bjorkqvist so it wouldn't surprise me. |

Do they? I haven't heard Richard about him since he was drafted and his numbers in college aren't impressive. |

Unrelated, but it sucks seeing all these NFL teams making moves and all we did was lose two HoFers for nothing. We need to blow this thing the (frank) up and just rebuild. The window closed last season. |

Yeah I dunno what to think about the Steelers. It’s frustrating. Antonio Brown (frank)ed em hard. As big a Bell fan I am, LeVeon is kind of replaceable. Connor did fine. The offense is and always has run through Ben. Look at how many receivers turned mediocre after they left Pittsburgh. Ben remains somewhat underrated as a QB given what he does with WRs. |

I dont understand NFL trades. Even with AB's baggage and not having much leverage...a 3rd and a 5th???
Well at least we saved a ton of cap space... oh wait, nope the contracts dont make sense either. Really frustrating, honestly.
I'm torn between whether they should use the extra picks to try to trade up and get a great player...or just draft 10 guys and use as many lottery tickets as possible. |

I mean, who are we talking about here? I can match your Santonio Holmes and Mike Wallace with Plax and Sanders. Ben’s had great receivers always even if some were a tad overrated. But I do agree that Ben is underrated and elite, even if I’m over him at this point.
Regardless, how bad of a coach is Tomlin? Like, not just as an in game coach, an area where he’s very mediocre in, how do you have like zero interest in keeping the locker room together. So many players have left us on bad terms and he openly says that he lets the players sort the locker room out themesleves. How does he no get that’s an awful approach after a decade of coaching in Pitt? |

Well first of all, we got pennies on the dollar because AB threatened to hold out if we traded him to a team he didn’t like (Bills) and we refused to trade with the Pats (don’t know why we care we’re not contenders anymore). So a 3rd and a 5th is terrible value.
That being said, NFL draft picks have a (frank) ton of value because the draft is so saturated with talent up and down and rookie contributors are so much more common. A 3rd round pick in the NFL is roughly equivalent in value to an NHL low 1st rounder. |

If they make a couple of shrewd moves, I can see them contending. I'm pretty skeptical they'll do this of course....
They need to draft either a starting ILB or CB. Hopefully Bush makes it to 20. Then fill the other spot with a decent FA. Also need to add someone like John Brown at WR.
I don't expect any of that to happen because they've been butchering off seasons worse than the Penguins in recent years. |

Yeah we’ll probably draft our next DB bust in the first round and wait until like the 5th to draft an ILB. Wideout with the third we just acquired and it’d be a pretty typical nothing draft for Tomlin and company.

We need to fill so many holes at this point if we want to contend that we need all the picks we can get. I wouldn’t trade up. |

If that's all it takes, you do it all day long. From what I've read, it would cost more to get inside the top 10 for White. |

Unbelievable how the Steelers F’d up everything with LeVeon and Antonio. We are (frank)ed. Could Mason Rudolph take BigBen’s spot in 1-2 years? |

Using the NFL draft chart point system, it would cost the Steelers their first, second, and this year's third or next year's second just to get to pick 9... Another words, it ain't happening. |

Reports are circulating that the Steelers have interest in Josh Rosen... If that's the case, I'd suspect they have doubts with Rudolph... |

Ben is about to sign a new deal. Some saying 5 more years with him playing minimum of three. I think they'd like to see Rudolf get more reps next season and possibly be the back-up next year. |

Putting his coaching decisions into a hockey perspective can you imagine his replay challenges in hockey? He would probably challenge offside on a breakaway from center ice. Or he would pull his goalie down by one goal at the 10:00 minute mark in the third period since he's so good at clock management. |

There was some studdy done recently saying that mathematically coaches should be pulling their goalies even earlier than that to maximize their chances of tying the game up. |

Football is stupid. Bunch of pussies falling on each other playing once a week. Those pansys probably couldn’t work with me for an entire week and keep up. |
