Age wise YES....can play until he's 20+.
Not sure what other red tape Stanbeans has in place contract wise.

- philco28

AB already signed his ELC. He is slide eligible for another season after this one.

Perlini needs to move his feet. He glides too much

Another nice play by Sikura.

It would have been a goal if Seguin wasn't a good goalie.

Meh. That poop happens all the time. I was talking about the pass and vision to find Keith. Too bad it wasn't someone else.

That was the same shift, because Sikura took the shot after the scramble. But agree, good vision/set-up skills.

Trade? Sure. Offer sheet? Hell no. He is a solid 4 ish. Not worth 2 draft picks. Dahlstrom has the potential to be the same player. IMO.

But you know. Some seem to forget Dahlstrom is a rookie.

- Elbows15

I disagree i don't think Dahlstrom will be anymore than 3rd pairing d man or 7th d man plus edmonsond brings an edge and physicallity to the back end.

Thanks Bows.
He'd definitely benefit with another year in N/A junior.

I know sitting on Seabs has become a sport here, but I think he's had a great game so far. A couple of nice blocks in the 1st.

They even said he was a 2-3 year project when they drafted him because he was one of the youngest in his draft. Think it comes down to whats better for him. AHL or London. Tough call. With Bouchard there this season, he and his partner are top pair.

Next season, Boqvist will be the top stud. Comes down to what is better for him on the defensive side of the puck. Juniors or the A. The offense he has.

That is all Edmundson was until this season. He still isn't worth an offer sheet. Or a first this season. Let alone a 3rd.

Trade? Sure.

Dahlstrom is a rookie. He definitely has #4 in him.

Good analysis and great question.

Saw him play live once this year not long ago. He's an athletic backpeddler who favors an active stick as his chief method of defending. AHL forecheckers will pound him next year if Stanbeans promotes him, but he's got to learn some time.

The ice looks to be as bad as a frozen park pond with the way the puck is rolling and bouncing....

He is still growing, tho. He is eel quick and will be able to avoid a lot of them.

True and likely true. He was barely touched the day i saw him.
Want to see how he fares when under heavy physical pressure shift in/out.

Blackhawks forwards are really pressing in the Stars zone not allowing easy exits. First time I’ve seen that this season.

That criss-cross interchange between Kane and Kahun was a thing of beauty. Khudobin was better, sadly.

Any one know when the season ticket holder watch party is? I wish they would mention it so I know when it is

Umm...it is right now. The Hawks just posted it on Facebook. STH are skating at the UC. Not joking.

If they can catch him. His feet will always be his advantage. Like Keith.

I agree he is better right now. But I recall when Edmundson was making the same mistakes Dahlstom is now. He is a bit bigger than Dahlstrom. Dahlstrom has better feet, tho.
