It's exactly how a smart GM should build a team. So far I think Dubas is doing a great job. Sure, we can criticize a few little details, like people wanting a little more toughness in the lineup, but for the most part, he's doing an excellent job.

Sure, he was always a bit slow, but the league really emphasized more on speed since he entered the league too, which didn't help him one bit.
