It's exactly how a smart GM should build a team. So far I think Dubas is doing a great job. Sure, we can criticize a few little details, like people wanting a little more toughness in the lineup, but for the most part, he's doing an excellent job.

He is good on the draw and can get them out of their own end by supporting down low. Also runs interference in the OZ, but has the Brown touch around the net, so he's best left as a screen and to let the wingers play the skill game around him.
