In the five games from Dec 29th to Jan 14th, Jack Eichel had zero points. ZERO POINTS. Our ten million dollar captain clearly quit on the team.

Ovechkin's career long goal less streak went 11 games and he went 19 games without scoring any even strength goals during that period.

In fact he has 3 streaks of 9 or more straight games without a goal in his career.

Guess he sucks too then.

Im sure that ankle is not 100 percent either, but I cant say that he has not given up he is one of the only guys that's seems to give a crap... and he was 2" from a goal last night when it went off the crossbar. There so many other players to female dog and moan about that deserve it.

Skinner is above 50% on faceoffs and is one of two forwards on this team with a positive +/- (I know flawed stat)

I am not so sure he is as much of a liability as people think.

Good luck finding a 30 goal scorer for less than $7 million a year...

IMO it is very simple... I would take Skinner 10 out of 10 times over E.Kane. Skinner does not have the Heavy game Kane plays but he certainly does play with a nasty side to him... IMO I think he should be in the 8 Large Range. I just think other GM's are going to pay more for him... A LOT MORE...
