As far as young guys, I just want to see Highmore at forward and Hillman and Carlson at defense. I'm not expecting much, but would love to be pleasantly surprised.

After yesterday who didn't expect changes? Caligula worked so there is some logic to it. Plus he rewarded Perlini for showing up for game.

iMO, Its actually good coaching. If you're gonna bench a guy for his (frank) up, you should reward them for having a pulse.

I knew changes were coming, but I think Perlini deserved the reward over Kunitz. Idk if he can play both sides. I'm just being patient before I hate/like Kunitz on the top line.

When the offense has the puck, when they bring it back out of the zone, there should be a whistle and faceoff... a la over and back in basketball. This will keep the intent of the OT with pressure and mistakes.

They should do 5 minutes 4v4 then 5 minutes 3v3 then shootout, if necessary. I’ve seen plenty of wild 3v3 periods but sometimes slowed down too much.

Same. I like the Sharks crew. Noted the terrible line change too on the goal.

The Hawks have to be the worst d-zone passing team in the league - by far. They have many opportunities to make a pass to a teammate in the d-zone and they're off the mark resulting in the puck staying in the zone and the Hawks chasing it.
