Philly and NYR aren't top notch either.

Instead you see Arizona arising to playoff contention, sweet Carolina cruising nicely with an attractive talent base, and Tampa is darn good after loosing against um.....(cough) us just three years ago.

Ha ha ha. Using Breadman line the Bulls are even worse defensively. They won although they surrendered 162 points. Oh yeah, but we loose this game. Turn the page. Trump and more nuts with Chicago mayoral developments.

When teams struggle regardless of the sport, you need to simplify things. How basic is it to cover the front of the net on D? Yet they cant. Dont understand what JC is doing here. This is JV hockey on the pond behind the house. No structure. No sense of a scheme/plan anything.

Not sure they can catch NJ, 5 points up with same number of GP. Looks like 6th from the bottom.

15th game they have allowed 5 or more in regulation....

I think our biggest problem is there’s no forecheck. We let teams exit their zone uncontested. By the time they get to our zone they are flying.

Lol.....and still 6 goals against. 3 clear breakaways, 3 or 4 2 on 1's, turnovers in the D zone too numerous to count, etc.

Crawford doesn't belong playing yet if he's going to be on his knees the whole game. Yes he has NO HELP but 6 GA on 22 shots is poor.

As for JC.......the jury is still out as far as I'm concerned. I'll give him training camp and October to see if this team plays a tougher style of defense.
Teams have gone from worst to first defensively before with solid coaching....
ie....The NY Islanders of this year I believe.
