I respect your view of people being assclowns during the anthem. I always take my hat off, stand silently with respect with both arms at my side. SOME would say I was not being respectful because I don't place my hand over my heart.

I don't do that because I find it unnecessary. If you do it, great, but don't condemn me for not doing it.

Disappoint that Crawford got activated and us playing again this year. Have heard that repeated concussions are best served by an extended shut down.

Really hope Crawford can come back to full effectiveness. Have always liked and respected his game.

Would love to see the goalies start putting about a 2 to 4 inch think piece of padding on the outside if the back piece of the helmet. It doesn’t look like the piece of material that’s there today could do a good job absorbing a collision against the cross bar or ice surface. I know it would look terrible, but the back of the head seems so vulnerable for the goalies.

Well after fumbling the puck all over the ice for most of the game - Toews with two great assists so Cat can tie the game and Kane can win it. All's well that ends well.

I actually hope Crawford has many more good years ahead as a member of the hawks. Just thought shutting him down this year would have been a smarter decision for his health and career. Players who have had multiple concussions are more prone to have additional ones and those can be caused with less and less trauma the more if them you have.
