Personally, I think it’s silly. But then there’s a lot of traditions around the league that fans of other teams think are dumb. Lots of fans think Chicago’s tradition of cheering through the anthem is disrespectful.

No it's not. If this is actually a "Free" country then we should be allowed to be "Free". Once someone starts mandating "how" i am to conduct myself during a SONG then we cease to be free.

Can someone in the Hawks broadcast team inform Konroyd that Crawford is NOT "one of the best puck handling goalies". What the heck is wrong with Konroyd? Is he that stupid or has he been instructed to make only positive comments even when they are ridiculously untrue.

Still a bad goal. Crow was not reading the play, instead he was predicting it. It's all good,Crow it the MAN. Goalies are never perfect.

Agree that he’s a (frank)nut.

Some of his suits look like he just walked off the set of “Sound of Music” where his suit was made from the drapes from a very poorly decorated room. I can’t imagine what’s going on in his cranium to make him think that that’s a good look. Probably wears spandex suits on the beach too!

Good for your son. I buried fellow troops under the flag when I was younger. Don’t have any issue with people protesting quietly during the anthem, but think it’s wrong to be just yucking it up with a brew in your hand.
