#NYR prospect Vitali Kravtsov plays his first playoff game this year today. Kravtsov led all KHL players younger than 20 years old in goals (eight), assists (13), and points (21) this season, and his 21 points are tied for the 9th-most by a player younger than 20 in KHL history.

I wonder if he's team is ousted quickly if he'll be Wolfpack bound?

Hope so! Hope those handful of games with the Pack is the only games he ever plays with them too. I hope I'm not setting the bar to high, but I'm pretty sure he makes the team out of camp next year.

I think because of concerns about protection in the expansion draft they will only have him come here and play for Hartford on a PTO and then start his entry level deal next year

I don’t understand the 9 games thing, I thought all draftees get that. Where it doesn’t burn the ELC year

Maybe that's why he can't play this year. I thought there was something with his ELC as well, but I remember he can only play on an ATO for whatever reason

If we think he plays with the big club all year next year, let him dip his toes on NA ice. I don't think 10 games will kill his development, think of it as an extended preseason.

yeah, ATO

getting him acclimated to North American ice is probably biggest benefit to him coming to Hartford and since they arent making playoffs either, he can still go to World Championships

Great recap Jan.
Did you mean Strome instead of Spooner here? Fortunately, he found a taker in the Oilers, as Spooner has been fairly solid, especially since moving back to the middle.

- Fenrir

Yes, fixed, thanks. Too many Spooner and Strome references in a narrow window of sentences.

if Traktor get swept, which is probably likely, that would end on march 4, Hartford would have how many games left?

edit: 16 or so if i counted right

if the Rangers trade a pick for the rights of a UFA this summer, is this years picks or next years? I could see that happening, maybe a skinner or Panarin
