I enjoyed the game, but that game would have been special indoors or out. Penguins/Flyers. Simmer’s last game. Epic comeback. Claude gets the winner in OT. Great stuff. I think the “creative” camera work,that usually annoys me in the outdoor games, was kept to a minimum because of the rain. That was a real plus to me.

I thought he was only sent there on the conditioning stint? If he was assigned to the phantoms he would have had to clear waivers? I could also be wrong.

Yeah....Im not seeing this anywhere. You are correct...he's on assignment and wasn't supposed to be recalled until the 26th to take advantage of the post deadline roster expansion rules.

If he’s called up I would think somebody on the d is being moved ?

He was on a conditioning stint for his injury rehab. He wouldn't have been able to be assigned to the AHL this season without clearing waivers, so he was always going to be on the NHL roster this season.

Jones is only leaky because the defense is piss poor in front of him. I can't tell you how many times Burns or Karlsson are out of position in covering the net for Jones.

Guess I should of posted this first

I feel so conflicted today. My head says trade everyone. My heart doesnt want it to happen. But we just need space for our young guys to grow. We need to move some defenseman so both Myers and Morin get a shot. And hopefully we get assets for ppl that wont be here next year.
