It's the coaches fault. Communicate better.

Lots of talk about him being mishandled which is of course completely believable but I’m not trading a whole helluva lot for that kid.

So its the coaches fault a player doesn't know to only go on the ice once the player you are replacing does come off the ice. Christ we must have the dumbest (frank)ing players in the league if they need to be coached that

Not arguing. But that penalty has happened 9 times. I refuse to believe the players are at fault all 9 times. Eventually the coach has to correct that. That is part of his job.

The same coach that thinks 11F and 7D are good idea when you have healthy 12 forwards. Yeah I don't think he's the brightest bulb.
