no, I dont think either will be traded

actually I think we are going to see a lot of both of those guys the rest of the year

Ok, so who?

I tell you I don't know why so many hate Vesey? I get his scoring touch is frustrating, but he works every game. Goes to the dirty areas, and isn't a liability away from the puck.

On Fridays and Saturdays after 10 it's BYOB. It gets fun.

Nice. Didn't know that. Think it was a Saturday I was there, but early

I think Strome & Vesey should stick around for the rebuild.

I would love to have Stinky, Strome and Vesey as a third line. Still need those type of players. Can't all be superstars

Vesey’s play has improved under Quinn. At $2.275 million for next year and then an RFA, no need to move him. He is a perfect third liner with upside.

So where is Hayes rumored to go Jan. Calgary? I see EK says Toronto, but that makes absolutely no sense at all, like none

Strome is growning on me a bit. He's not good but better than Spooner.

Honestly, no clue. Nashville makes some sense but he would be behind Johansen and Turris, so will they pay a first for a third line center? Calgary makes a ton of sense.I would be surprised if Toronto, unless Kadri is out long term with a concussion. but they could just slide Nylander to C as they have done already.

Yeah, no team is going to give a 1st to have Hayes as a 3rd line center

Most thought he'd be better.

I like his game, and he's perfect for a 3rd line role who can move up when needed. No problem with him

Strome is just like Vesey and Nam. Have some scoring touch and play good two way hockey. Nam is a bit of a tard w/ puck in offensive zone though
They score a few goals in bunches then disappear from score sheet for a time then pop up again. Kind of like 75% of the NHLers

Joe Sakic said the #Avs will not part with their two, first-round picks or top prospects to get a forward ahead of the NHL Trade Deadline.

That seems to take them out of the Hayes running, I'd assume

Which ever teams miss out on Stone turn right to Hayes. So let's say Stone goes to Winnipeg. That leaves the Isles, Preds and Flames in need of a Forward.

The only way I accept if he goes to the Isles is if its a ridiculous over payment

If for some crazy reason Stone re signs in Ott. than holding on to Zuuc for another day might have been way to go

Good morning boys...I spent last night defending my view on Twitter. If true that this was the best option, then he obviously had to take the deal. Gorton opted for two lottery picks over a more sure return. I would have been more fine with that approach if a prospect came along. Hoping one of the conditions play out. Now on to Hayes and McQuaid in the next 29 hours...
- airjan23

If this was the best deal at 2 PM tomorrow, ok. But with 2 days to go why take it? Time will tell......

Noah Dobson or Bode Wilde and 1st would be that said over payment.
