Anyone with access to fancy stats know how often the Hawks get called for Too Many Men compared to the rest of the league ? Seems lole a lot.

Well, I think those all go down as Bench Minors, but they don't break those out as I think Bench minor can happen for a couple different reasons. Hawks had 7 this year (before today) which had them tied for 15th in the NHL. Blues lead the NHL with 14. Vancouver and Sens each only have 2. Hawks are average in that dept. In the previous 10 seasons, Hawks took 100 bench minors (average 10 per year) which was the highest in the league.

We won some earlier games where the other team was better, today the Hawks lose when they were better. Such is hockey.

Well it was fun for a month.

The Blackhawks do suck. So it was a fun month that should have been seen as hopeless.

0-2 at home , needed to win both this weekend .
