I stopped playing when one of the guys from high school showed up at our 20 dollar game with shades and a hoodie.


I also stopped playing because I hate it and I'd basically go all in on my first hand so I could go get a beer and watch the game.

Once I won and I was FURIOUS

finished 1 st on 197 at the playground in May then 3rd out of 101 in December..

but I only join little 65$ tourney...

Don't want to go crazy either..

we've had a league for 12 years... once a month a guys host around 18 guys...we keep the ranking and all...but again its only 40$...so nobody loose's his house there

on 18 guys : they are 6 freaks of poker, 6 guys that like poker a lot and 6 that don't give a (frank) but just wanted to get away from the wife and kids for the night...that's about our average haha

Trick is : to play money you don't care about, meaning money you can afford to loose
