I just think if the Rangers had a somewhat functional AHL team he should have spent the season there, unless he was tearing it up in the beginning of the season for us. Its rare such a young player can come in and play at a high rate in the NHL. Think a season with the Pack(if they weren't such a (frank)ing abortion) could have been very helpful
