Brodin could be on the market. Don't know about Lindell.

Grossepetitebière with the Flyers maybe? I think he's on the third pair right now.

Is he eh? To be honest I'd be thrilled to get any of the 3 if the price was reasonable

Lehkonen and a 1st maybe? Lehkonen by himself doesn't have much value right now (one would think).

But we also have to think about the expansion draft with Seattle.

Throw in Duclair as well he had his best moments with Domi I doubt CBJ really want to keep him

I'm not sure Minnesota would do that for Brodin, gotta think they would get a better offer

And the expansion rules are the same as the Vegas expansion? Which was what? 7F 3D 1G? Or was it 8 F?

Is he a UFA at the end of the year?

No way Montreal trade for parlesnarines, by the way. But Bergevin should try to sign him this summer.

Same thing with Stone.

Habs wont trade for Panarin, may try their luck at FA but Panarin would require the assets Bergevin already said he's not moving for rentals

Habs can't afford to give away 1st round picks right now.

I think you get to choose between 3 D, 1 G, 7F or 8 players.

I don't think MB is shopping around his 1st round pick right now and I don't see a scenario in which he'll trade it this year.

I've asked before and still can't remember but, will the likes of Suzuki and Brook need protection if they turn pro next season?

This. If you get a good defenseman coming back, 24, 25 years old....why not?

My concern with Brodin is that he would be a UFA in two seasons. It's a gamble.

That and the expansion draft.

I wouldn't say he's shopping it around but he has to listen, especially if it involves a top 4 LD in his prime

Short anwser would be no.

But it's not saying what would happen if Poehling joins the team at the end of this season.

I think you guys should do a couple of NHL 19 Playstation trades to satisfy your trade needs...

Lol, because the team can't get better? Because it's not the job of Bergevin to try to make this team better? Habs have no need for a top 4 LHD? Please.

But maybe MB is now also looking for a backup goaltender to get to the playoffs? Niemi isn't as reliable as he once was... Unless they've decided to put Price in net for the rest of the season
