So Duchene is going to be a healthy scratch now until he's traded.....where's he going? I'd put money on Jets or VGK's....really hope the Isles dont get him. |

Adding players like Duchene, Stone or Panarin are game changers. Hope they all end up in the west. |

Stone stays in Ottawa, Dzingel and Duchene are traded.
Whoever gets Dzingel gets a steal. |

1st period was pretty even, 2nd was total dominance and 3rd there was definitely a bit of score effect on the go. The Pens change it up a bit when they're leading going into the 3rd. Now 24-0-1 when they do so. - MattStrat
Yeah people need to get over themselves when they expect a team to carry all 60 minutes of play. Hockey’s too fluid for that. The first period was even, but that wasn’t because we were struggling. It was because both teams were fresh and we traded chances until we gradually began to take over. Then score effect happened. Last night was a good game for us. |

Ouch. I wasn't trying to be too overly critical. I stated I like the confidence the Pens had and the fact they got over the Devil's hump. |

I read it. It sounded like a guy whining. He just said “He’s good and you guys aren’t giving him a chance.” Without elaborating on how or why he’s been good about six times. He can’t even put into words why Johnson is good. He just is and that’s that to him. |

He's been that way since he drafted the (frank)ing guy.
It's terrible. |

Didn’t mean to dump on you too hard there my dude. Strained my elbow at the gym yesterday due to very lazy row reps and I’m a bit surely because of it. Still think you’re wrong. |

Johnson baffles me in the same way Sutter baffles me. All statistical evidence points to them being bad, but I get that some people just don’t understand/give a damn about statistics, but everything about watching them play screams that they’re atrocious as well and yet the coach/GM still love the guy. I understand the mindset of a person who would ignore the mountain of statistical evidence pointing to the fact that Johnson is a massive drag, but I don’t understand how anyone could watch him play and be like “yeah, that guys got something going on there.” |

Sutter could be fine if they played him at wing like they should have from day one, but yeah, I do not understand why anyone thinks Jack Johnson is a good defenseman. He has NEVER been a good defenseman. Adequate at best about 4 years ago. |
