I'm really starting to think nothing happens for us at the TDL this year. I guess Guddy is a maybe and there aren't that many dmen out there available. There's so many forwards and I'm not very convinced that Sutter will move with all the injuries.

I'm not sure there would be much action from us regardless, but losing Baertschi, Demko, Edler, Sutter, Tanev and Virtanen means we can't afford any trades...see our 6-8 D for reasons why.

I think Guddy and Goldy will be the ones to go (Guddy for prospect or pick, Goldy a hockey trade or as part of a package). Granlund or schaller can hopefully go for a late round pick.

I think many of us think we could likely steal a wildcard. Parity is just not as serious in the West, we have a 20% chance of making it this year (right now anyway) and realistically should be a bottom 5 team.

Been following the Hughes brothers for quite a few years. Had a pipe dream that the Wings bring home all three brothers and our top pairing dmen and number one center would make Mickey Redmond very confused.

Zadina could be anything from a 15 goal scoring middle sixer to the next 40 goal score the Wings have sorely missed. He hasn’t transitioned to pro levels all that well yet, but this is just the beginning. He’s supposed to get a call up in March according to Holland.
