Ottawa could make out gangbusters for what they could get if they moved all of Stone, Duchesne and Dzingel. they'd be set for awhile.

If I'm Ottawa, I'm interested in dealing first with one of the top teams in the West (WPG, NSH, CGY). Then maybe the other 2 feel the need to improve so they get into a bidding war for whoever is left out of Duchene/Stone.

a double edged sword though, in that if the returns are more future then now players , then you could expect them to fall fast and hard over the remaining games resulting in Col getting better lottery odds....what a cluster frack to be in

Not much chatter about NCAA free agents this year, guess maybe when the frozen four starts and teams hit the end of the season we will. Seems to me there's usually more coverage though

I think Guddy and Goldy will be the ones to go (Guddy for prospect or pick, Goldy a hockey trade or as part of a package). Granlund or schaller can hopefully go for a late round pick.

Not expecting too much, though.
