Guance is like Boucher, AHL material.
Gudbranson is needed in the lineup as a 900k 7th defensemen enforcer, but we now have that in Luke Schenn.
Sutter is a worse offensive and defensive player then beagle and should be traded as unnecessary.

I think JB has the ability to build around a solid core. He's done that before in Boston. Finding a "core" is the hard part. Once established, building around shouldn't be too difficult for someone with any knowledge of hockey tactics and strategy.

Now, all JB has to do is find the 2019 version of Chara and we are set. Easy.
