So Mirtle did some analysis in his latest article and basically thinks the lineup heading into the playoffs should be this, barring any deadline deals:

Johnsson Matthews Kapanen
Hyman Tavares Marner
Marleau Kadri Nylander
Moore/Ennis Lindholm Brown

Rielly Hainsey
Muzzin Zaitsev
Gardiner Dermott

I was mostly surprised with the D pairings, which look awful, but apparently the numbers with Hainsey are better than with Muzzin so far.

Also, Muzzin's making Zaitsev a better defenseman than he's ever been, despite the small sample size.

It kind of makes sense: Rielly on his strong side is going to excel regardless.

If Muzzin can make a solid partner out of Zaitsev (and maybe because Muzzin plays a safer, more predictable game than Gardiner?) then Gardiner and Dermott should be able to do some damage offensively with softer matchups.
