See Ray Bourque. Great leader in Boston, could not win the Cup in Boston because he was not surrounded by the right talent to win the Cup. A great leader can only do so much, there is ZERO chance you actually think being a great leader can actually MAKE his team win the cup. You just hate to be wrong so you stick with it, sometimes it's ok to say, ok good point but I don't think Tampa needs a leader like Simmonds.
