We are kind of lucky Hyman wasn't suspended again. That high stick was a brutal missed call. On the NHL replay there was no conclusive evidence to overturn the call.

It wasn't deliberate so there's no reason he'd get suspended. Obviously it should have been a penalty. No clue how they missed it.

If you want to see someone who should get suspended for something like that, look at what Lee did to Nurse. That was completely intentional.
