No he’s not. And who cares where they were on cup winning teams that had players named Crosby, malkin, ovechkin, ect!! You are making points in a broken, cracked glass, holds no water!!!!

Having Duchene here would make us equally lethal to Washington who threw out Backstrom and Kuznetsov. I also believe that Scheifele, Duchene would put us on almost equal footing as Pittsburgh. But having Stone here with that would put us clearly over the top.

Cause Trouba and his 3 points in the playoffs really put us over the top last year.

This and with Enstrom's 0 points; both defensemen showed what a dynamic pair they can be.

Michael Kempny 2018 Playoff Stats:

24gp - 2g - 3a = 5pts

Ron Hainsey 2017 Playoff Stats:

25gp - 2g - 6a = 8pts

Trouba/Enstrom combined 2018 Playoff Stats:

28g - 2g - 1a = 3pts

Both hero's combined were unable to beat Ron "fricken" Hainsey and Michael "The Man" Kempny in playoff points.

You're trading him to the wrong team. Please trade him to Tampa or Nashville. He'll have destroyed the whole franchise before we even reach the playoffs.

First, he'll trade Stamkos for Petan, then Dano for Kucherov, Trouba for Hedman, Forsberg for Perreault. Chariot for Josi...and call up Enstrom from Swedish B, and Postma from the KHL

I’ll take his three points over the 27 goals ceci will cause against us, but maybe I’m just funny that way?

Matt Duchene will be held out of Senators games, and not injured. Has played his last game as a Senator.

...and Panarin suddenly has an "illness" despite playing last night. So he wont suit up against the Habs.

Well if you believe that Maurice is this genius coach, getting Ceci is a no brainer. He will excel in Maurice’s system.

Please no Ceci! Give the Sens a 7th rounder to keep Ceci if you must!

Can someone explain why Roslovic is so highly touted (mainly by people in Winnipeg). He has 17 points in 58 games. I get that he has played 4th line and on wing (with Little being the seasoned vet at C) but I'm not sold on this guy when your trading a Duchene or Stone level of talent

oh please
Ceci is a solid 2nd pairing guy, just don't give up TOO much but he needs a change of scenery and he'll thrive ...for some reason I don't see him fitting on a team like winnipeg. Maybe Vancouver, Tampa, those types of rosters

To WPG: Matt Duchene, Mark Stone, Cody Ceci

I wouldn’t trade for Ceci with a gun to my head

All of these are accurate depictions of what I’d do as the GM of two NHL teams at once

It should be Connor going for Stone, tbh

He has not been given a ton of games in top nine and has been flipped from Center to wing which is hard on young players to go back and forth. You see glimpses of his potential when he scores a hat trick in a game. There is a reason all the experts report every GM that calls Chevy asks about Roslovic, teams see a potential buy low guy now that has a very high ceiling.

smart young hockey player, sensational speed, excellent puck handler, good vision/passing, good scorer, history of forming good chemistry with stars such as Mathews and Tkachuk. The first thing you notice is the smarts and the speed.

That is exactly how I described him when he first arrived with the Moose. The one thing I really could see from the 7th row was his vision of the ice surface. That stood out for me. He was heads up all the time and would carry the puck all the while knowing where his linemates were.

Agree with you - if deal happens, probably tonight or Louis Riel day.

Please NO Connor - if anything Laine.

Of your suggested offers, let's go for a signed Stone and a 3rd for Vesalainen, Poolman plus who, Stanley, and a 1st. Having said that, I'm okay with Laine going and more pieces added by the Jets and Ottawa including Duchene.
Would be shocker if Trouba was involved!
Connor-Scheifele-Wheeler, Ehlers-Duchene-Stone! Not bad!
Where's there smoke, there's fire!

Laine and Trouba for Dahlin and Thompson

Solves all our Cap problems, and Dahlin has been quietly tearing up the league as an 18 year old D man with size. Already has 32 points, just one shy of Troubas career high. 2 more cheap years too boot. Otherwise the jets will be paying those two questionable talents 18M collectively. Yikes.

Okay, but how much is Buffalo adding?
I do Laine for Dahlin, but Trouba is worth way more than Thompson

Will be interesting to see - outside of Ehlers and the Byf - who does NOT dress for Jets tonight

If everyone dresses does that mean we're not close to a deal (?)

Knowing Maurice, everyone but Petan will be playing somehow
