Horvat will 100% get the captaincy, he may not be the best player but he's the true leader. He's great with the media, which Petey isn't, he's shown over five seasons to be extremely dedicated to the team and the city while supposedly being great in the room.

You can't go three more years until Pettersson's more media savvy to name a captain, however ceremonial the moniker has become.
