Missed the game.

Did anyone teach Mantha some manners?

Sanheim has been struggling the last few games.

A Few turnovers I agree.

Totally agree. He's certainly a guy that can win games on his own.
- Hextall271

Let's hope they don't get comfortable leaning on him too much. While it's nice to be able to that from time to time, it can't become a routine thing. They've got to play better than that if they want to have a shot against the upper echelon teams.

He's a rookie. His struggles have been minimal.
Ghost on the other hand I agree with. He is atrocious lately

They sure are winning a lot of games since the new coach has vastly increased his role. A few give a ways that he needs to clean up, but over all kids game is getting better.

Totally agree letting him develop and it's working out. If Myers and morin turn out being the real deal we're in business.

Is this what having a goalie feels like?

They had no business winning that.

- Yosimar89

I guess. Now I know what being a habs fan has been like

Whazzzzup?

This winning thing has been cool. Hart seems like the real deal. Looking ahead, March is huge, if they hope to sneak in to the playoffs. Interestingly, tomorrow Tampa has Columbus, and then the Flyers catch them on a back to back. Gotta root for the Bolts tomorrow and then hope the Flyers can catch lightning in a bottle on Tuesday. That would be huge.

Totally agree. They need to support him better than this. Wonder though, he struggled a bit when we outshot Pitt by a large margin. Maybe he's like Andersen in tor. Needs to see 40 shots to thrive.

Myers had a very good first game. He is not shy in the physical department. Not just against the boards but battling in front of the net all night. Tonight he looked like he belonged and then some

Or Ranger fan for a majority of Hank's career. Just goes to show you, having a stud goalie doesn't guarantee you Cups.

I've said it before. He reminds me of price. If he turns out to be even close to him, look out cook out.

Agreed ....for a first game he showed a lot. Plays physical, moves the puck and skates good. Bright future.

He fit right in. His pinch on the provy goal was smart. Getting a gem like Myers for free on an ATO really puts the program ahead by a couple of years

Doesn't guarantee it, but consistency and confidence in your goaltender are huge. Goaltending is 50% of your game unless it's bad then It's 100%.

Good young d are extremely valuable....the Flyers have a bunch. Throw in what appears to be a young franchise goalie and this is a team to get excited about.

Coming out of camp, I thought Provy/Myers could be a long term top pair for us. That would allow us to pair Sanheim with Hagg and Ghost with Morin (God willing).

Strong pairs imo.

Is Morin injured again? Didn't play again tonight and Huffman was evasive when asked about him. Anyone hear anything?
