Back on a line with Eichel and he’s producing again

In all seriousness though he has been very good this season and he will have to play a big factor in the success of the team going forward. I think if we can find another scorer on the left side he would make up a great 2nd line with Mittelstadt. Botts has work to do this offseason no doubt.

Mitts needs to work the offseason to be THAT player next season. I have faith.

Hope is worn out . She left a few weeks ago.

After 8 years of watching the same team with different players, can you blame me?

Yep. Thinking the same . But like I typed earlier . Does he get fired missing the playoffs by a few points ? I don't see it .

Not with meddling owners who refuse to listen to every single person who tells them to back off and let the people they hired do their job.

The most frustrating thing about Phil is that he just keeps looking for any reason to put that first line back together. This team is much better when he's on the 2nd line.

Since we last made the playoffs. The Sabres have been a historically mediocre team, so even this is abnormal for them.

Unlike the Bills, who have been an historically bad team and had a few years in the 90's where they didn't suck.

But we needed a stout. Or a draght. Or straight liquor.

Wait a minute, the Sabres either bury you in the minors, the press box or let you coast on the big club. There is no sending me back.

Is Ferland enough of a fit and at a reasonable enough price for the Mittelstadt - Reinhart duo?
