The thing is, it's really not a great combo, because of the piss factor. I used to sneak tall cans into movies but I stopped because of taking a piss.

That Alita Battle Angel is a good movie, totally worth seeing in 3D. I didn't see it in IMAX 3D but i might actually see it again in that format.

I don’t understand why public health officials arent sounding the alarm on this. Social media (or the desire to be liked/appreciated) is a massive addiction problem. Is it because it’s not a material substance that we can vilify? It’s having the same effect as any other drug.

It's a new item of abuse, for sure. Process addiction, like gambling. Links between social media and mood problems are there. Screen time is dangerous. Like I need to get off HB right now but I want just one more hit.

My neighbour just got a new fancy snowblower - our driveway is done before I get my boots on. Today was classic, he did ours first...I waited till he was done, got my gear on, walked out with my little red snow shovel looking all dejected and disappointed at the clean, snow free driveway - then at him, hung my head down, turned around and slowly walked back in and closed the garage door, without saying a word to him.

He was still laughing when I looked out a few minutes later.
