Well if their attendance is up it's most likely because the team is winning as in most cases and not the post-game crap. Call it old school or what you will IMO there is just no place for that crap in the game. It's what 'supposed' to separate Hockey from other Sports who pull that crap. Is what it is I guess.

I like what the Canes are doing. It's fresh and creative, the guys are having fun with it, and it's not standing in the way of their bigger goal of making the playoffs.

How is it hurting the game or you? I've never heard someone say, you know why hockey is better than those other sports? Because hockey players don't celebrate their wins in a goofy way.

And which sports do, by the way? I admittedly don't watch much baseball or soccer but I've never seen it there. I do watch basketball and football and never seen it there.

Being a Ref is a thankless job, I get it. That said there’s some who power trip in this role, hence the weak bans and such. A few actually get it and effectively interact with the group, everyone wins. Marwood’s ban was weak IMO, that’s all I’ll say on that.

Because it's fu*cking bush league. Character, integrity, code, honour and honesty are what separates Hockey from the other major sports. We police our own and don't do stupid poop. But I guess in the world of today's snowflakes times they are a changing'. oh well.
