Real important question guys
Do I make a traditional chili con carne for tonight, or one with carnitas? |

Then eat it. After all, it will be the only natural thing in the donut, so it makes it almost good for you. - TrashPanda
Mmm zinc, copper and magnesium, three of my favourite elements. |

All of Anaheim is been poop this year...it’s not easy to play on a bad team.
Manson has been poop this year too. Both players are top 4 D and would be better on a contending team. - Santo_44
Before the stretch where they lost 20 of 23 or whatever it's at now, they were really good. Tops in their division. And Montour still sucked then. He's been really, really bad all season.
I hope the Leafs aren't stupid enough to trade one of Kap or Johnsson for him. If they do trade for him, that's fine, hope that he can rebound, but the trade should not involve either of Kap or Johnsson. |

Carnitas, every (frank)ing day of the week. Be sure to marinade your pork in citrus first too, and then crist that meat up afterwards |

I disagree.
Manson has sucked all season. Even more.
Both are good players on a bad team. |

I vote con carne. I like to put some cocoa in mine and a touch of cinnamon, and a beer if you have it. And always chipotles. (frank) I want chili now (frank). |

I usually don't go with cinnamon, but everything else here speaks my language. |

Keep Kap and Johnsson and Bracco. A small addition on d or a depth 4th liner all that is needed, Cost a third rounder or less. Honestly, I'd be happy with Marchment over Par Lindholm.

Let's not go crazy, traditional Chili Con Carne is still the #1 chili.
But I like your idea. And the pork will be marinded in oil, vinegar, diced habanero, and the citrus will likely be a confit lemon |

My recipe is usually rum or tequila (i usually have rum around as opposed to tequila), about a tablespoon or two of coffee grounds, and definitely a pinch of cinammon. Not enough to flavour it, but cinnamon just brings out the flavour of beef so much.
I don't really use chipotles... I use fresh Jalapeno rings and my base is always diced habanero. I like the fresh pepper flavour and the coffee provides the smokiness. |

Lol
I went to a couple Oilers games, I can vouch for this. One was against Vancouver. This was before McDavid too. Holy (frank) was that ever an uninteresting event. |

I love the coffee idea! Coffee, tequila and cinnamon is a natural combo. Yeah, cinnamon is an intense flavour so a little goes a long way.
Gotta love the hot peppers too. I grow super hots so I'm liking the habaneros in your recipe |

Gotta have 'em. If the chili doesn't make you reach for the sour cream, it ain't chili, I like to say.

At no point have I even mentioned Manson in relation to Montour, so I don't know what you're disagreeing with. But I will now. He's absolutely been better than Montour and I would easily take Manson before him. Even though he hasn't been nearly as good as he was last season, it's still an easy pick for me.
But I still wouldn't trade either of Kap or Johnsson. That wouldn't be a good trade for the Leafs right now. |

I love super hot foods and sauces, but for some reason, I've never liked eating or cooking with the peppers. |

One drop of this stuff, litterally one drop with an eyedropper, will bring chilli to a new level. Rated at 3 million scoville.

I will slice off and eat little pieces of the hotter ones I've grown, but that's more like doing drugs than eating food, getting high off the endorphins. It's an acquired taste in cooking I guess.
I like to recommend finely mincing habanero or hotter peppers and mixing it into ice cream, fire n ice. |
