Ward has one or two more- AND he’s given up three.

The numbers are against them - and their play leads to their numbers.

This is some of the worst defense we've seen in Chicago in 15 years. Can't tell if it's personnel, system? Probably a bit of both.

It’s not good but the system is making it a lot worse. Murphy Dahlstrom and Koekkoek would look better in more of a zone we were playing with Q.

Hate to beat the dead horse bc he was once great...but man he’s just not an NHL player anymore. Plain and simple his skating is inadequate. If he can’t improve his skating next summer he’s (frank)in toast. DONE. He needs to stay in Chicago and work his ass out 5 days a week with a personal trainer focusing on agility and quickness . If he can’t improve, he should volunteer for LTIR. $7million defenseman are supposed to be impact players, but POSITIVE impact opposed to a negative one.

Stan's trainwreck defense continues to shine...how bout that move by Murphy in the o zone...Hawks continue to turnover the puck in their own zone as well...guys continuing to try to stickhandle instead of clearing.

Meanwhile how's that Panarin deal look? Yikes. And don't get me wrong love Saad and he's got 17 goals this year - rebounding nicely...have to give Ward credit he's keeping it close and Bob has been lights out on the other end.

It would be ideal to add a guy like Trouba to slot Murphy appropriately as your 5D. He's shown a lot of improvement this year, but some pretty huge mistakes like tonight.
