You really don't understand that you're the main reason people don't like arguing hockey points? What's the use of arguing hockey points when someone is constantly telling you that you're using the wrong stats and that only one opinion is correct and its that poster's opinion. No-one wants to argue hockey points when the response they get is "you're wrong" or "this isn't well thought out" or "this is inaccurate" all the time.

And yes, I'm very much looking forward to you telling me how this is inaccurate and a false narrative or whatever other of your favorite phrase you like to use.

Agreed...nothing worse than hearing "not a valid point" then see it followed up with "my point is because I think so".

Where did most of the posters from last year/earlier in the year go? If there's a new/different site that most people chat on, please point me in that direction. Posting here lately has really turned into a chore instead of being fun

Agreed.

But the real problem here is, when one person disagrees with the rest of the group, that person is villainized. There is no playing the victim, there is just always following the rest of the herd.

I wanted Giroux split from Couturier since July 1st since the JvR signing. It took Hakstol being fired and mid December for this to happen while being behind the eight ball. I took crap for this opinion for months. This is just fact, not playing the victim.


I stated the biggest issue with the PP was Couturier not properly playing the slot. He’s moved out, not only do both units improve, Couturier looks great in the crease on the second unit.

The real problem is, the moment someone doesn’t agree with everybody else, the majority has an issue. None of you can come up with your own ideas. I don’t have a problems with Wayne Simmonds being traded. I’ve stated over and over again that I would like to walk into the playoffs with the best possible roster. If you guys listened instead of making things up, you would know this.
