Sabres need to go 4-1-2 or 5-2 to finish the month before we start worrying about what everyone else is doing.
- Pegullaville

Half the fun is pretending we have a chance at the playoffs.

Unlikely, but there's alot of parody.

Habs were a bottom 5 team last year
Cbus is possibly trading key guys soon.

The spots are available

There’s some logs I don’t want to roll over. I’m not that interested in what crawls out.

Uneffinbelievable. Not quite as courageous as Jussie Smollet though.

Take it from the Toxic Twins:

You got to lose to know how to win.

To be fair, Tampa makes mince meat out of anyone aside from the Pens in the first round.

most people have no clue how bad it is on the boarder

my brother is a boarder patrol, he tells me stories

I have 2 friends that live in mexico, they tell me stories

nbc, cbs, abc, cnn, msnbc ignore these stories

Brodin, Zucker and Granlund might all be in play as wild look to build roster depth

Assuming Skinner signs, Zucker is an upgrade over anyone else for second LW
Granlund is easily in our top 2 RW's if we get him

Does Brodin become our best LD if they flip Dahlin to the right?

Brodin-Dahlin
Mccabe-Risto
Pilut-Bogo

all 3 of these wild players are in the age range for the sabres moving forward

only chatter I heard last night was islanders and bolts looking at our 4th liners
and heard flames might kick the tire on beaulieu if we retain a good chunk of salary

All eyes on what the jack offs do with bob and panarin as well. If they trade them because they are looking future they are done.

He only makes $2.5M. This would be a silly deal for the Sabres. If that is the deal for Beaulieu, they should be working instead on finding a way to get him back in the lineup.

I would retain to get rid of Bowl-U..

I would love to see Botts get Rickard Rakell from the Ducks... I would give up a #1 ++ for him.

The Flames might have other deals they want to do at the deadline and with their limited cap space want the Sabres to retain some. I agree it's silly considering Beaulieau doesn't make a lot but if it included their '19 3rd rd pick and we retain a portion for the balance of this year, I would be ok with it. For a 4th no way.

Good stuff Homie, thanks. I would definitely have interest in Zucker and Brodin. Both Granlund and Zucker make $5.7 and $5.5 respectively and along with signing Skinner, would put a bite on our cap so they would have to take Okposo. Of the two, I would take Zucker. He has a longer term deal and Granlund is a semi rental.

I wonder what it would take to do a Zucker/Brodin deal. My guess is it what include Mitts, Okposo (hopefully) and other pieces.

I think okposo should start hanging out with Hossa and hopefully catch the same allergy to his equipment.

I like the Zucker idea since he has term and would be 2LW with Mitts and Reinhart.

I don't think your moving okposo to get zucker and brodin

nylander, guhle, mccabe, asplund, olofsson, picks
it would be a 4 from us for 2 type situation

then throw in a sheary or sobotka for the cap, maybe scandella if mccabe is not involved

but it's quality going back to wild on the cheap and 1 short cap hit

if something like this was to happen

agreed

then move sheary so a kid can take the 3rd line spot

the wild, ducks and rangers are 3 teams the sabres should be calling right now

Which picks would we have to throw in on top of that?

It’s a little steep but we are getting two top 6 players in return
