Endangering life is up to 25 years in Canada, but that would have to be extreme. The mischief charge is separate, and essentially a misdemeanour. The damage to property over $5000 is reasonably serious as well.

I thought she would end up with a peace bond and community service before, but they're likely to try and make an example out of her. She will have to tread carefully.
