Indeed it is. Poor Rudy though man, hardly any play time this year and none for so long. I have faith in Rudy as the 6th guy but thats an awful lot of time with no game action.

I think you swap the 2nd and 3rd D pairing...the Pet/Ruh pair can actually skate and move the puck, not so much with the 2nd pairing. The forward pairings are okay I guess but I want to see something out of Pearson if they continue putting him up with Kessel and Bjug.

Could possibly allow us to pull a Blackhawks with LTIR and maatta returns for the playoffs.

I hate the bashing he does on Hornqvist. We all know that he doesn't do a controlled entry /exit, but Jesse Marshall and a few others brought up the point, he may not do a controlled, but over 90% of the time he gets the puck and gains control in the offensive zone after the dump in. Is that better than zone entry of 60%, I don't know, but just to bash someone because he does it a different way and doesn't fit your view doesn't necessarily make it wrong.

Simon has 1 assist in his last 9 games....Teddy had 2 goals in his 3 games. ZAR looks to be ready play again. So these are the factors I would imagine in Simon being scratched.

Most players who aren’t 60+ point guys go through one or two long stretches like that. Even Jake has one rough one this year.

Sullivan is far too quick to give up on players and stick out ther wrong ones.
