It was cool for him. My beef is with management apparently waiting for McKenna to get waived by Philadelphia. That to me is piss poor management. The amateurishness and the deer in the headlights moments that this management group provides year after year is quite astonishing. (I'm filling in for Lefty due to his Middle East time change. Benning is a genius)

Really though? They traded Nilsson for. 6th in 2019 and sent a 7th in 2020 for a goalie that costs $2mill less. So saved $ and upgraded picks. Poor little Mikey had to play a game against the mean sharks. What am I missing? Seems like a win

On a scale of 1 to 10 of things that matter to me that would be a 36 . Technically they had time to find another solution in case an emergency like this happened but they said we will take our chances. It backfired they fixed it the next day.

Maybe next time they will learn to have a back up plan for everything that can possibly go wrong.

Maybe you misunderstood that I already knew Mikey had to play because Marky was injured.

If Mikey has to play against Anaheim because Marky is still injured and Mazanec can't get there in time. I wouldn't care. I was fine with seeing him play against Anaheim if Marky was even healthy.
