Ghost and Amac are a scary combo right now

Actually MacDonald has been solid lately. Gostisbehere is the train wreck in his own end lately.

I know, you always come in to discuss hockey.

AIM...whew talk about an easy pickup back in the day. A/S/L?

- Glak18

You joke but I was maybe two minutes away from hitting you with that intro. But yeah I’ll talk hockey objectively but as fares only discussing hockey, some of the best back and forths on this page span the whole spectrum. Phillies, music, movies, why Sidney Crosby is generational, everyone commiserating over jobs, etc.

Then maybe sit the next couple plays out when a thought crops up into the old skull there, champ.

Instead of chiming in and using words you heard your dad use, maybe just log back in to Fortnite and hope you hear a female voice.

Is there really a debate whether Crosby is generational or not? Curious have you heard a Penguin fan ever question if he was generational?

Relax there little guy, I don't follow basketball. Last time I heard the Sixers were collecting and trading first overall picks like bitcoins.

Jump on the bandwagon, they are FUN.

Absolutely. That Winter Classic concussion was a serious incident that affected his entire career.

EDIT AND a seemingly minor F*** you after the whistle where Crosby was totally oblivious.

Which makes that stuff all the more frightening, the whole not seeing it coming thing is EVERYTHING physically.

I don’t bemoan them for the tanking. Hinkie was ducking masterful. But really the only difference between them and Edmonton was competence in execution. Edmonton actually was given even more favorable circumstance and have less to show for it. Sixers would be in an even greater position if they weren’t momentarily highjacked and forced to employ collangelo at virtual gunpoint.

I actually looked at the standings to see where they were at, I thought they were a top team by the way I was being attacked.

Hopefully they become good, it's been a long time since the Sixers have been relevant in the city...maybe AI days?

It was, but it doesn’t remove the fact that he is clearly the best player of his generation. The counting stats did suffer a great deal. Basically go to mcdavid when he’s 24 to 26 and tell him to sit down and not accumulate two years of stats in his mathematical prime.

The Sixers are a good team. Again, making yourself look foolish. It’s too easy really. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

A good comp is Simmons= Lemieux & Embiid = a young Jagr.

Yep I'm serious.

Very good team. I can’t believe how the acquisition of Tobias Harris isn’t sending more people over the moon. I guess there is worry he’s only a rental, but if he’s locked up long term he’s one of the best fits they could have hoped to find.

Sounds like a championship is coming this year for sure or at least a few in the coming years. Hopefully they can pull it off.

I’d reverse those in my opinion. I know it’s hard to compare bigs to guards (despite his size that’s how they use Simmons obviously). But embiid is far superior to Simmons to me. Embiid just may be the most valuable asset in the nba

I was thinking Lemieux' size and facilitation. But by all means everyone is a winner with a good team!
