No he also did it to me. I usually poke fun at people when they do stuff like that, but i was just coming back from ND’s biggest anual darty that the swim team puts on as a fund raiser so I was poop faced and clapped back and escalated the thing. I got my one and only warning I’ve ever gotten and he went into a year long “self imposed ban”. I think he just got banned. I’m sure Aussie will say the same thing when the ban he’s currently on is lifted.

No Pouliot happened to him. He was a DP super fan and couldn’t mentally deal with the fact that he wasn’t good and decided to wage personal war on everyone that was over the Pouliot experience. Not in a “you’re wrong and here’s why” like all of us do with our pet prospect. In a “You’re wrong and you’re an actual piece of poop because you can’t see the greatness that is Derek Pouliot and I’ll fight you IRL over it” kind of way.

Off subject but I do that sometimes. I was watching harness racing from Sweden, Estastuna (sp?). And one race had jockeys, my wife asked wtf, are they going to race mules? It took me a while but then I noticed it was still trotters, just no bikes. That was a first in 50 years of racing for me. Another track had trotters circling before they start. I assume that is just tradition from a time before rolling gates.

I used to lurk the letsgopens board for a few years until signing up on this one. Now that board was a poop show. I also lurked this one called like 5th ave. something and it was basically one giant group think.

Really interesting how COL and CBJ are sliding right now. For the record, Im pretty sure I predicted CBJ to miss this year in place of CAR.

I didn’t find hockeybuzz until I started working for the Lightning. At that point I was sitting at a computer every day and needed something to waste down time. Just so happened reading hockey blogs while working for a hockey team worked out.
