Oh (frank) holeinone. I completely forgot about him. He legit stopped posting here after Fleury got taken in the expansion draft which is beyond funny given that we all used to say that once Fleury was off the team he’d have no reason to exist anymore.
- Victoro311

Lol he (frank)ing hated flower. Him and Grinder would have a legit fist fight over this I feel lol

I mean I havn't been that active the last 6 months or so but what have Aussie done that would qualify him into the idiotic 3? all I can remember is him having a fierce feud with the Stat nerd tripplets.

Dude it became straight nauseating I stopped coming in for awhile. Like we all got it that he didn't like the fancy stats or understand them, he was ruining this board it was un(frank)ing real.

Edit: If there were 16 pages of comments he legit took up 12 of them and used more emojis than a 10 year old girl lol

This is true. But if it's what you need to do to get Nyquist, I'm not opposed.

As a general strategy, I like the idea of speedy/versatile bottom 6 guys. McCann is a perfect example.

side note: still hate that he picked the cursed #19.

- YouMeAndDupuis9

I couldn't believe he picked #19. No one told him that jersey was cursed? Geez.

And to think he could've chosen #91 or #90 (his Vancouver and Florida numbers)

Yeah it’s not that he disagreed, it was that he was a legit infuriating dude. There is nothing more obnoxious than a guy who thinks he’s winning a debate when he’s just throwing out logical fallacy after fallacy. Every time he’s either building and attacking a straw man or moving the goal posts and caping it off with an ad hominem for good measure.

I'm not sure what it would take to get Stone outta Ottawa but would a package of Matta, Simon, and a 1st work? I thought I heard Ottawa is interested in Matta?

It seems it all spiraled out a control over a few days I missed. Lots of sheep gifs or some crap. I never minded Aussie that much, just knew not to engage in circular arguments with him.

I'm a ridiculously superstitious guy and believe the #19 NOT to be cursed with the Pens. Hall of Famer and past Conn Smythe winner(Isles) Brian Trottier won his 5th and 6th Cups with the Pens wearing #19.

One of my good buddies who made it as far the Q, who've I've played alot of hockey with, hung out with him in Labrador a few years back after a hall of fame charity game.. My buddy was sending me pictures of himself wearing Trottiers Penguins cup rings while hanging with him. They were both pretty drunk haha.

I mean Stone is an awesome player but it's not worth moving our top4 dman for a winger. What would we have to move then to replace Maatta? If the pens move Maatta I'm hoping for a right handed D of around the same skill.

So if I quit posting you guys will have your own little stats based utopia. The “Wilsonites guild of hockey elites” or something like that. I’ll keep posting.

I'd love to do that trade. Though I would go even further on a sign and trade by adding Pearson and a pick/prospect to free up space for next season.

I don't think you lose much as much going from Maata to Peterson/Johnson as you gain by getting a guy like Stone. Is there a better forward group in the league than this?

No, I like you posting. Different opinions are great, even if I almost always dont agree with them....just try and refrain from calling us all brain dead zombies.

In my head the Bolts, Jets, Leafs and Flames forward groups are up there.
