19 years in the NFL with 9 Super Bowl appearances is unreal, kinda like the Montreal Canadiens from 64/65 to 78/79, they won the Stanley Cup ten times in those fifteen seasons.

As a lifelong Dolphins fan I hate the Patriots like very few can appreciate. ( Although it's been vogue for awhile. )

I watched their rise to prominence firsthand and even called their victory against "the greatest show on turf" even though they'd lost to them a few weeks earlier at home.

BB just really is a football genius.

Bill Belichick and Tom Brady together proved to be one of the greatest combinations ever, I still think Terry Bradshaw was better

Bradshaw was an average QB on a stacked Steelers team.

He is funny as hell though . I watched a TV series with him Foreman the Fonz and Captain Kirk. Bradshaw is as dumb as a handful of nails but never laughed so hard at a TV show.

Same as Brady and Montana

The game was different back then, running game and defence won you Championships in the 70's. Then Montana came along with the West Coast offence and those great receivers in the 80's, although he only had 40K career passing yards too. Now guys are 60K plus and they never win anything, kinda like Dan Marino.

Teams win Championships, the Patriots won today because their defence played well, not because Brady was the MVP.

One of the good things about the Patriots leadership, they always speak about, "the team" or a "unit of the team", as well as taking onus on the odd defeat.
A truly great organization, with the greatest coach and the greatest player and leader, of all-time.
I am looking forward to another run, next season.

February as Lefty said will tell us where we are heading. Playoff off push or sellers? Hard to say but it’s been great fun so far.

Roussel: “Philly is a nice place to play. A lot emotions and the fans are great and they’re going to dislike us — even if we only play there once a year. It’s awesome. It’s going to be a good game because they play an up-tempo game and I think we can beat them.” #Canucks

Haha...love this guys passion. I thought he was French Canadian but he's actually from France, go figure.

I think they have said all along they are not looking for rentals and are not giving up top draft picks . I think it is pretty clear that they are in the market for a top 6 forward and a top 4 Dman but it has to be a good deal.

I also think it is pretty clear that they want to move on from some players , they feel they have some young players ready to step in.
