Nobody predicted they would be first in the metro that’s forsure. I thought they would be picking around the 10-12 range. Having Barzal, Beauvillier, Pulock with holdovers Lee, Bailey, and Nelson being players worth their pay grade definitely has proven to be a good cast of players. Amazing what good coaching can do for a team though and Lehner/Greiss have both been incredible and neither could stop a beachball before this season.

He had horrible ideas. Two seconds and McNabb for scrubs, signing Okposo, signing Moulson, trading for Gorges, trading for Kulikov. The dude was a bad idea machine. The best moves he made still made us worse - Kane and ROR.
