GMTM had the right idea. But just rushed everything. The trade for ROR was 2 years too early. With him the carriage came before the horse. Drafting Nylander over McAvoy, Sergachev also stings. Nothing came out of the 2014 draft either and he was a damn head scout.

It could be for a guy like Tage, someone under the radar with some potential.... They all can't be all stars, Personally I would like to see someone that plays a heavier game we currently have no forwards that play that tape of game.

Putting a team together is not about having all all-star forwards, it's about having players that fit roles... we are missing role players that will not cost 3 first round picks to acquire.
