Doesnt make sense IMO. I would think they would be in the market for a winger instead. I think they could use a 2nd or 3rd line winger. I would go for the 2nd just to have a bit more experience in the playoffs than Beauvillier but they would be fine to just grab a 3rd line guy instead if they are confident he can handle the pressure of playoffs in that role
