Ya, don’t want to get into the whole thing as we’ve done in the past, but any scientific research will show the amount of land and food and time and energy it takes to produce meat is way higher than that of plants.

Soy farming is detrimental in some areas (mainly South America), agreed, but farming and human factors in general have been driving deforestation and displacement for a long time.

Hard pass. Although there are some beautiful restaurants that work really hard with sustainable yield farms. Every good chef is very conscious of where their food is coming from.

I think North America is getting way better when it comes to saving our food sources and taking care of them properly.

Totally! A lot of good farm-to-table restaurants in the area. Outside of the city there's a lot of farming and local places to buy from. Only challenge is the price
