Dude you are not only wrong with your thinking outside of hockey but you are not too bright when it comes to hockey either.

Careful, that kind of statement tends to get written down and saved for later

We need an adult.

Also, my new most hated hockey related term:

“Hockey Trade” - like a player for picks isn’t a hockey trade? It isn’t acquiring something you value (hockey draft picks) for something else that the other team values (experienced player).

Just another stupid made up term for people who can’t articulate what they really mean.

This... is a pretty weak narrative Vanny

I get wanting to talk hockey, but you’re becoming the very thing you’re decrying on this site. Seriously, STFU and move on. It takes two to tango, and your diarrhetic back-and-forth is just as nauseating as theirs.

A diuretic is any substance that promotes diuresis, the increased production of urine. This includes forced diuresis. There are several categories of diuretics. All diuretics increase the excretion of water from bodies, although each class does so in a distinct way.

Grammar nazi says you used the word incorrectly, i'm just trying to change the narrative.

He has a good shot, good speed and offensive ability. His hockey sense and play in his own zone is a huge liability.
- thundachunk

I'd say decent shot, decent puck skills, speed is OK(by today's standards). Totally agree with his hockey sense and defense.

In his defense, I do think it's been proven time and time again that Guddy + young dman usually doesn't workout.

Gudbranson is not a good babysitter. He has his own flaws to work on.

This would be my guess as well.

Little disappointed to hear that Edler won’t be shopped and Hutton will be. I feel like Hutton could a decent 4/5 type of dman in the future and I’m guessing Edler will struggle once he loses a step with the league being more speed based than ever.

If Edler refuses to waive then obviously there’s not much that can be done.

- Nucker101

Hutton away from Guddy has proven to be an effective second pairing-ish player.

Can you upgrade on him? Sure.

Do you trust this management group to properly identify an upgrade on him? I sure don't.

Gudbranson literally drags down any player he plays with. People point to games he's played with Edler to say "all he needs is a quality partner" despite the fact that when our other RHD play with Edler they all perform better than him. It's not an impossible task to go out and find another big Dman that can throw a hit or 2 who is also more responsible in his own end. I'd wager you could probably find one for cheaper in free agency.

I wish I could disagree, but so far history has shown us that you're most likely correct.

They could call up Schenn and I don't think you'd notice much, if any, of a difference between the two.

He's not a project. He's a subpar bottom pairing RHD that's a year older than Guddy and 3 million bucks cheaper.

To Schenn's credit, the dude isn't just moping in the AHL. Apparently he even stays after practices to work on his game and with the other young Comets dmen.
