Man oh man, what a gong show it is in here. It used to be nice to come in and talk hockey, have civilized conversations no matter what side of the fence you were on. People used to respect each other and their opinions.

Ended up with 4 extra picks.
They were closer to the playoffs then us and still dealt all their expiring contracts.

Next season, JB would need to do some digging to unearth some defensive gems though to strengthen the top 4.

I am sure Hughes will help . Do you personally think though Hughes can play 25 min a night against the leagues best forwards next year? Is that fair to him?

They are close with some prospects but to come in with Hutton Hughes and OJ as you left side and trading Tanev sounds more like a recipe for disaster than a fix.

As much as I'd love the assets, I'd like to see them more competitive next year. The teams been bad for three straight years, this will be four, that's a lot of building time.

If Edler really wants to stay he needs to sign a deal that doesn’t hurt the cap over those 3 years.
